We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who knows how to blend creative ideas, tech, and commercial strategy to launch successful Real Estate projects. In this role, you’ll own the marketing process from concept to execution. You will guide our design team, work closely with our commercial side to lock in new business, and help build out our new performance marketing department.
ON A DAILY BAISIS YOU WILL:
Creative Leadership & Campaign Strategy
Lead full marketing campaigns through cross-functional teams, ensuring rigorous quality control and high-standard deliverables across all marketing touchpoints.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of development launches, including branding, naming, strategic positioning, websites, brochures, films, and promotional materials.
Lead high-level client presentations and strategic discussions, translating client visions into actionable creative briefs for the team.
Commercial Strategy & Consulting
Partner with sales: Work hand-in-hand with the Commercial Department to refine campaign proposals and pitch strategies.
Pre-project consulting: Step in early, before a project even signs with us, to provide strategic insights that help close the deal.
Performance & Analytics
Build the Performance branch: Help us set up and grow this department of the company, focusing on real, measurable results.
Lead campaign execution: Manage internal resources or outsourced partners handling events, SEO, and ad delivery.
Track results: Keep a close eye on post-launch metrics to see how our campaigns are directly driving sales.
The profile we are looking for:
We are looking for a 3D Artist who can translate architectural vision into images that carry weight, atmosphere and meaning. You will work across visualisation projects for premium real estate developments, contributing to the full production pipeline from scene setup to final render. Your work will help clients see what does not yet exist, with the clarity and emotion needed to make those visions credible and compelling. A strong command of light, materials and composition is essential, as is a conscientious commitment to the principle that every image communicates a message.
ON A DAILY BAISIS YOU WILL:
Visualisation Production
Develop high-quality architectural renders across residential and mixed-use real estate projects Build and refine scenes working from architectural drawings, mood references and creative briefs Manage the full visualisation pipeline from camera setup and lighting to render output and post-production
Lighting, Materials and Atmosphere
Create lighting setups that reflect the time of day, season and emotional intent of each project Develop and apply material libraries ensuring surfaces read with realism and depth Maintain visual atmosphere consistency across all images within a project
Quality and Craft
Review your own output critically before submission, ensuring composition, scale and detail meet studio standards Incorporate feedback from other artists and creative leads with attention and efficiency Actively contribute to raising the visual bar on every project you touch
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with other artists, interior designers and project leads to ensure visual coherence Interpret creative references and translate them into production decisions Participate in internal reviews and contribute observations that improve the collective output
The profile we are looking for
4+ years of experience in architectural visualisation
Solid portfolio demonstrating high-quality exterior and interior renders
Strong command of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
Confident understanding of light behaviour, material properties and spatial composition
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation
Organised and consistent in managing files, naming conventions and scene structure
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Intermediate to advanced English
We value, but it is not mandatory
Experience working on luxury residential or premium real estate projects
Familiarity with video production workflows in Premiere and After Effects
Exposure to interior design principles or architectural styling references
